Business Development Representative (BDR / BDM) | 100% Remote (U.S.-Based)
Oak Harvest Financial Group is a rapidly growing independent RIA managing over $1.4 billion in assets under management. We are expanding and seeking a high-caliber Senior Sales Development Representative to drive qualified first appointments for our advisory team.
This is not a closing role.
This is not a junior call-center position.
Your mission is to engage serious investors, qualify them intelligently, and book high-quality first meetings with our senior advisors.
This role offers 100% remote flexibility. We are open to professionals who can operate effectively from anywhere, provided they bring discipline, accountability, and production.
If you have experience in financial services, especially as a former Financial Advisor, and prefer building opportunity over servicing a book, this role is built for you.
What You Will Do
• Engage inbound and outbound prospects professionally and confidently
• Conduct structured discovery calls with pre-retirees and high-net-worth investors
• Assess financial fit, asset levels, urgency, and alignment
• Clearly communicate our investment philosophy and planning approach
• Book qualified first appointments with senior advisors
• Ensure prospects are prepared and committed to attending
• Maintain disciplined CRM tracking and pipeline reporting
Your responsibility ends when a well-qualified, confirmed prospect sits down with an advisor.
What You Will Not Do
• You will not close business
• You will not manage client relationships
• You will not service accounts
Senior advisors handle all closing and relationship management.
Your role is to ensure their time is spent only with serious, qualified opportunities.

Required Experience
• 3+ years in financial services
• Understanding of retirement planning and wealth management is a plus
• Proven ability to engage and qualify high-net-worth investors
• Experience using CRM systems and managing pipeline metrics
