Key Responsibilities
• Design and manage global adoption and retention programs to enhance customer value and satisfaction
• Integrate programs into the go-to-market and customer success operating model for consistent execution
• Utilize data to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Program Management, or related fields within SaaS or enterprise software
• Proven experience in designing and executing cross-functional adoption and retention programs
• Understanding of Customer Success operating models and metrics
• Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM and BI tools
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional relationships effectively
