[Remote] AVP of Commercial Excellence - Seasoned Salesforce Architect

The AVP of Commercial Excellence - Seasoned Salesforce Architect will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, providing thought leadership and overseeing integrations to enhance operational excellence. Responsibilities • Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions with emphasis on PSA and services automation • Provide thought leadership on integrating Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, and Revenue) with PSA solutions • Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners to transform business requirements into effective technical solutions • Architect and oversee integrations between PSA solutions, ERP systems, financial platforms, and other business applications • Develop best practices, development standards, and architectural guidelines for Salesforce implementations • Assess and recommend new Salesforce features, AppExchange apps, and third-party tools that enhance services automation and operational excellence • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while mentoring development teams in Salesforce architecture and delivery best practices Skills • 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years in an architect role • Expertise in CPQ solutions (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Agentforce Revenue etc.) • Deep understanding of contracting process (new, amendment, renewals etc.) • Experience integrating with a billing system e.g., NetSuite SuiteBilling, ZoneCo etc • Strong proficiency across Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) • Proven experience designing integrations between Salesforce and ERP, HCM, and financial systems • Familiarity with middleware solutions (MuleSoft, Workato, etc.) • Strong understanding of Salesforce API, data synchronization, and governance models • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to translate complex technical designs into clear business outcomes • Proven leadership in cross-functional teams, including mentoring and coaching • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect • PSA vendor certifications (Certinia/FinancialForce, Kantata, Kimble) • Knowledge of PSA capabilities Benefits • The opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-powered enterprise technology consulting. • A high-impact environment where ownership and delivery are rewarded. • Exposure to top-tier private equity firms and their portfolio companies. • A global, collaborative team focused on results, innovation, and excellence.
