**Experienced Customer Support Representative – Insurance Billing Platform for Eye Care Providers (Fully Remote)**

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll join our dynamic team dedicated to guiding, teaching, and supporting our customers in using our innovative platform. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with healthcare providers. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.
**What We're Looking For:**
* 1-3+ years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a SaaS company or fast-growing startup
* A team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude and a passion for healthcare
* Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide timely, accurate support
* Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a comfort level in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Quick to learn and comfortable using a variety of tools, including but not limited to: Intercom, Slack, HubSpot, & Google Workspace
* Bonus points for previous experience with Medical Insurance Terminology and a passion for improving the patient/provider experience
**What You'll Do:**
* Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to customers via chat and email, ensuring a seamless experience with our platform
* Understand and identify customer needs, guiding them through specific features and functionalities to maximize their use of arenaflex
* Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Share updates about new features, improvements, or processes with customers, keeping them informed and engaged
* Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and drive business growth
