You'll work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean and welcoming store while ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. No experience? No problem! We'll teach you the skills you need to succeed in this role. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide general customer service duties, including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs * Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws * Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products * Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs * Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments, such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles **Essential Qualifications** * Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds * Ability to work in various temperatures * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous retail or customer service experience * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures * Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register * Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems * Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
