What You’ll Do The Budget Analyst, FP&A is a member of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, working in collaboration with the finance, advancement, and programs teams. As a critical support to the Financial Planning and Analysis team, the Budget Analyst will assist in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities, leading to continuing financial sustainability, cost recovery strategies, and future insights. This position manages tight deadlines and a multitude of activities including costing allocations, budget proposal support, and the support of budget and forecast activities. As needed, this position may provide support to other Finance-related functions, such as the month-end close process. • Budget development for restricted revenue is required. • Assists in the planning, coordination, and preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes through internal coordination, preparation, deadline management, and completion of assigned tasks. • May assist in the preparation, review and distribution of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, including written analysis, supporting documentation and data visualization for internal and external audiences.
