Social Media Manager and Content Creator

We looking for someone to join are team. Our podcast was released on June 18, 2025. The podcast have 50k+ subscribers on arenaflex and is still growing. This is not Dental related. This is a podcast based on Gen X women. We are looking for a self starter willing to help us grow more. This a good job for someone new in the business or studying to be in the business. Degree is not a must. Experience is Entry-Level. Key Responsibilities: • *Content Creation:** Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with the brand's goals and audience interests. Create engaging posts, images, videos, and other media as needed. • *Strategy Development:** Design and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.- • *Community Management:** Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, addressing comments and messages in a timely manner.- • *Analytics and Reporting:** Track social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations based on data to improve future campaigns. • *Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing, PR, and other departments to ensure brand consistency across all channels. • *Trend Monitoring:** Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.- • *Paid Advertising:** Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to meet performance goals. Qualifications: • Proven experience in social media management or a similar role. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative mindset with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
