[Remote] Learning Management Systems Project Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kforce Inc is seeking a Learning Management Systems Project Coordinator in Tampa, FL. The role involves collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to design and support learning solutions, conducting analysis to resolve business challenges, and identifying process improvement opportunities. Responsibilities • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to propose design, deploy, and support learning solutions and associated business processes • Conduct analysis to resolve a business challenge from a technical and data perspective. This includes, but not limited to, functional requirements/capabilities, data flow, data quality, and data transformation • Document solution recommendations or options based on the problem statements and technical/data analysis • Identify process improvement opportunities and conduct impact analysis with system and product releases Skills • 2+ years of experience in a similar type of role • Must have worked with an onshore/offshore model • Experience leveraging all relevant technology tools, to include Google platforms and MS Office, to manage day to day responsibilities and effectively communicate and collaborate across teams • Learning Management System experience is a plus • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining compliance processes, learning management systems, eLearning development tools, and relevant learning technologies • Experienced with functional requirements; develop, design, and execute various data wrangling, technical integration capabilities • Experience building curricula structure within a complex learning management system and other key learning technology platforms • Experience leveraging curriculum goals to determine/recommend how information can best be documented to meet compliance standards and presented within learning systems for ease of understanding by learners • Working knowledge of data through analysis and recommendations • Experienced with product release management and product ownership • Proven track record with Project Management • Proven ability to leverage advanced functionality for analyzing and manipulating data in Power BI or similar tools Benefits • Medical/dental/vision insurance • HSA • FSA • 401(k) • Life, disability & ADD insurance Company Overview • Kforce is a solutions firm specializing in technology, finance and accounting, and professional staffing services.
