We pride ourselves on doing this through leading by example, and our passion for excellence is derived from a lifetime dedication to learning and a commitment to true hospitality.Riot Hospitality Group is seeking a talented Freelance Graphic Designer (Contract)!We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced freelance designer who can: Leverage their expertise in digital graphic design to produce high-quality visual collateral for the Company on a project-by-project basis. Communicate effectively with the creative department on deliverables, deadlines, and creative direction. Uphold Company Brand standards across all animations, videos, and graphics, ensuring consistency and alignment while meeting deadlines. Deliver high-impact designs that align with the Company's pace and profitability goals. Support the creation and production of digital assets, including online/mobile graphics, emails, menus, party flyers, videos, animations, and other collateral as needed. Bring creative, edgy, and bold design concepts to marketing and branding projects, showcasing a keen eye for simple yet strong design principles. Develop vision boards, storyboards, and concept art for specific campaigns. Produce look books, event promotional materials, media kits, packaging inserts, and other assets to enhance the customer journey and support PR initiatives. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer with Hospitality & Nightlife experience preferred An online portfolio demonstrating your typography, design, and/or illustration skills Expert level skills in Adobe CC: Photoshop & Illustrator Video Production & Post Production experience, including basic experience with Adobe Premiere. AfterEffects & Animate experience is a plus! Experience using Google Workspace Working knowledge of project management and communication tools, such as Basecamp Solid foundation in the principles of UI and UX, concept development, brand development, and composition A positive attitude and work ethic Benefits Flexible Working Arrangements: As a freelance designer, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely and contribute on a part-time, project-specific (contract) basis.
