Part-time Remote English Teacher

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English language and literature, with the ability to inspire and engage students in their learning journey. This role requires effective communication skills, experience working with students of various ages, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Duties • Teach engaging and effective lessons in English, English as a second language, elementary level public speaking, creative writing, and other basic English concepts. • Utilize classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning atmosphere. • Mentor students by providing guidance on academic and personal growth. • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs, including special education requirements. Requirements • Proven experience working with students in an educational setting. • Preferred experience in working remotely with students. • Strong mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners. • Proficiency in classroom management techniques. • A background in special education is a plus but not mandatory. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
