We're excited to announce an opportunity for an Experienced Information Investigator to join our Pack Trial and Error and Examination group, a critical component of arenaflex's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business. **About arenaflex's DTC Business** arenaflex's DTC business is a powerhouse in the entertainment industry, encompassing iconic brands like Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+. Our DTC business is dedicated to providing seamless, real-time experiences to our customers, and we're committed to using data-driven insights to inform our decision-making. As a key member of our Pack Trial and Error and Examination group, you'll play a vital role in helping us better understand our customers' behavior, preferences, and needs. **About the Role** As an Experienced Information Investigator, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Information Operations, to provide actionable insights that drive business growth. You'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions. Your expertise will help us better understand our customers, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize our products and services to meet their evolving needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with business leaders to identify key business challenges and develop data-driven solutions to address them * Develop and maintain a continuous pipeline of insights and data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions * Perform in-depth pattern analysis, assessing the contributions of various drivers and factors * Identify and analyze audience segments to inform product development and marketing strategies * Work with other Examination groups to integrate data from various sources and develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers' behavior and preferences * Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools, including Tableau, Looker, and other relevant platforms * Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, using clear and compelling storytelling techniques **Essential Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree in Information Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field * Proficiency in R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL * Strong understanding of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to linear and logistic regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques * Experience working with large data sets, identifying patterns, and utilizing multiple data sources and tools * Familiarity with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Looker, and other relevant platforms * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable recommendations **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services * Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing industry * Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies, including but not limited to MVT and A/B testing **Why Join arenaflex?** * Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the entertainment industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a talented team of professionals * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off * Professional development opportunities, including training, mentorship, and career advancement * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options and flexible hours **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
