  • Utilize de‑escalation techniques and, when necessary, route issues to the appropriate specialist team.
  • Interpret policy contracts and coverage options with expert knowledge of auto and other Personal Lines products.
  • Identify opportunities to retain at‑risk policyholders, applying negotiation skills and policy reviews to reduce cancellations.
  • Process transactions—including endorsements, cancellations, billing adjustments, and refunds—accurately and within established time standards.
  • Communicate the impact of transactions on premiums and payment plans, making informed decisions on exceptions when authorized.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of billing systems, payment processing, and premium calculations.
  • Leverage arenaflex’s online reference tools, policy manuals, and knowledge bases to deliver confident, efficient service.

  • Utilize arenaflex’s desktop, call‑center phone system, and secure internet connectivity to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and special projects as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

  • Active P&C Producer insurance license required at the time of hire.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of customer service experience in a call‑center, insurance, or financial services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, record, and organize data from varied sources without a prescribed format.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished, professional telephone demeanor.
  • Proven problem‑solving capabilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills—ability to build trust, demonstrate empathy, and influence outcomes.
  • Proficiency with desktop PCs, standard office software, and ability to quickly learn arenaflex’s proprietary systems.
  • Reliable, wired broadband internet (minimum 5 Mbps upload / 25 Mbps download) and a quiet, secure home workspace.
  • Willingness to work a full‑time schedule (8‑hour shifts) with a start time between 8:00 am and 10:30 am EST, including one weekend day per week and an alternate day off mid‑week.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with Personal Lines auto policies or other arenaflex product lines.
  • Familiarity with industry‑standard policy administration and billing platforms.
  • Experience using conflict‑resolution and negotiation frameworks in a remote environment.
