[Remote] Ad Content Specialist (Contractor)

They are seeking an Ad Content Specialist (Contractor) to create engaging video ads for social media platforms, focusing on storytelling and performance metrics. Responsibilities • Generate between 5-8 Facebook and Instagram advertising concepts per week • Script, shoot, and edit the material you need to execute on the concepts you’ll generate • Source trends to adapt them into ad concepts • Collaborate closely with our broader Creative, Social, and International teams • Gain an in-depth knowledge of how ad creative impacts performance metrics and business revenue • Report on the outcome of your concepts with analysis rooted in metrics • Provide support on various creative initiatives that interest you Skills • Strong editing skill set with proficiency in Premiere • Excellent writing skills • Knowledge of British culture, trends, memes • An interest in learning the data behind what's making your ads work • Possess a passion for visual storytelling and a desire to learn more • Enjoy being on camera and not afraid to take creative risks • Energetic, witty, and with a good sense of humor • Gets things done without perfect resources, is innovative, and works with a sense of urgency • Proactively help others, stays positive • Has high standards, takes ownership, and is invested in the outcome Benefits • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401k with Squatch match • PTO • Healthy snacks • Frequent company events • Free products Company Overview • Dr. Squatch offers and manufactures grooming products of soap, deodorant, shampoo, and toothpaste with natural ingredients for men.
