Position Overview
We are actively seeking a meticulous Data Entry Specialist for our West Des Moines, IA office. This hybrid role blends on‑site training with flexible remote work, allowing you to master our proprietary systems in a supportive setting before transitioning to a 2‑days‑in‑office, 3‑days‑remote schedule. Working standard hours (8:00 am – 4:30 pm CST, Monday through Friday), you will become a critical link in the eligibility and enrollment pipeline, ensuring our members receive accurate, timely benefits information.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately review, interpret, and enter enrollment, termination, and eligibility change requests using arenaflex’s internal benefits platform.
- Conduct thorough audits of submissions, identify discrepancies, and correct errors to maintain data integrity.
- Generate and resolve eligibility error reports, collaborating with the support team to eliminate electronic eligibility issues.
- Request, process, and distribute member ID cards in accordance with company guidelines.
- Handle proof‑of‑coverage requests, ensuring members receive correct documentation swiftly.
- Perform dependent eligibility audits as needed, guaranteeing that all covered individuals meet policy criteria.
- Maintain and prioritize assigned eligibility work queues, adhering to arenaflex’s turnaround time expectations.
- Respond promptly to telephone, email, fax, and electronic inquiries from clients, brokers, members, and internal stakeholders regarding eligibility and ID‑card matters.
- Escalate or refer complex calls following arenaflex’s customer‑service procedures, ensuring efficient resolution.
- Research outstanding issues, follow up consistently, and document all interactions in the system with precision.

Essential Qualifications
