Job Summary

This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to arenaflex customers through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products, promotions, and services.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Troubleshooting technical problems and providing guidance on using arenaflex mobile app and website.

Requirements
