As a Family and Matrimonial Attorney at Tully Rinckey, you will be responsible for providing quality legal advice, representing clients in disputes, and managing a wide range of Family and Matrimonial matters. The ideal candidate will have an interest or direct experience in representing individuals in family and matrimonial legal matters to include: Providing legal representation to clients Child Custody and Support, Divorce and Separations, Prenuptial Agreements, and Guardianship related matters. Drafting pleadings, including motions, discovery requests and responses, and other substantive filings. Developing strategies to minimize risk and efficiently resolve disputes. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in New York State and license is in good standing. Litigation, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
