Accounting & Ops Associate
DescriptionPluto is hiring an Accounting & Operations Associate to support our team on-site in the UAE. This is a hybrid role combining finance and admin responsibilities ideal for someone who s detail-oriented, reliable, and excited to be part of a fast-growing fintech company.What you ll do:Own daily bookkeeping and reconciliations in XeroManage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)Prepare ad hoc financial reports for management or the CFOLiaise directly with our CFO based in the US for monthly closes and auditsCoordinate company admin tasks such as incorporations, insurance, license renewals, and other government filingsSupport general office and operational needs as requiredWhat we re looking for:2 years of accounting and/or operations experienceExperience with Xero (or other accounting platforms)UAE-based and able to work in personStrong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and comfort with cross-border collaborationThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a finance-ops role while gaining exposure to a high-growth fintech environment.
