Financial Services Recruiter (Insurance & Risk) – Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking a short-term Recruiting Consultant to join our high-performing Talent Solutions team. In this role, you will support RPO workforce solutions for one of our clients—a leading information services provider that collects, analyzes, and delivers data across real estate, financial, and consumer markets.You’ll partner closely with stakeholders, lead intake discussions, manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, and contribute to a collaborative team of experienced recruiters.
What You’ll Bring:
• 2+ years of recruiting experience within Financial Services, with a focus on insurance and risk
• Proven strategic sourcing skills and ability to identify and engage niche talent
• Experience leading intake calls and partnering with hiring managers
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing through offer
• Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail
• Current or prior experience in a client-facing recruiting role
Ability to thrive in a consulting or project-based environment
