Position Overview – What You’ll Do Every Day

As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex’s Pennsylvania hub, you will be the trusted voice that guides customers through their ordering journey. Your expertise will turn routine inquiries into memorable experiences, directly influencing customer loyalty and the company’s reputation for service excellence.

Core Responsibilities

  • Order Processing & Inquiry Management: Accurately receive, review, and fulfill customer orders using our industry‑leading call‑center technology platform.
  • Multi‑Channel Communication: Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring each channel delivers a consistent, high‑quality experience.
  • Website Navigation Assistance: Guide customers through arenaflex’s online portal, troubleshooting navigation issues and helping them place orders efficiently.

Who You Are – Essential Qualifications
