You'll work closely with our Digital Technology team to design, develop, and implement highly scalable technology solutions that meet the needs of our global operations. Your expertise in data protection and privacy will be essential in helping us navigate the complex regulatory landscape and ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze and assess data protection and privacy risks and develop strategies to mitigate them * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data protection and privacy solutions * Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to data protection and privacy * Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations * Provide training and guidance to employees on data protection and privacy best practices * Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data protection and privacy **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field * 3+ years of experience in a STEM-related field, with a focus on data protection and privacy * Strong understanding of data protection and privacy requirements and policies, including local, national, and international laws and regulations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management and employees * Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines and multiple priorities * Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship **Preferred Qualifications** * CISA certification * Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols, and network security * Knowledge of security engineering and architecture principles * Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key control principles * Experience with data protection and privacy vendors, tools, and products * Ability to interpret noncompliance and determine its impact on risk and/or overall effectiveness of the organization's cybersecurity program **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $26/hour * Opportunity to work with a global leader in the airline industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including parental leave, 401k, and travel privileges * Professional development opportunities and training programs * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're passionate about data protection and privacy and want to join a team that's shaping the future of aviation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
