**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Airport Operations, you will be responsible for:
* Safely handling and transporting cargo and baggage to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections and accurate routing
* Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate baggage handling and routing
* Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion
* Providing exceptional customer service to passengers and airline staff, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintaining a safe and secure working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
* Collaborating with other airport staff to ensure seamless operations and efficient baggage handling

**What You Need To Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
* Have a valid driver's license
* Proficiency in English
* Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
* Must wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to include, but not limited to: hearing protection, safety-toe footwear, protective headwear (bump cap or hard hat), and high visibility safety apparel subject to an approved accommodation, such as alternate PPE
* Ability to hold airport specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
