Production / Graphic Designer Needed – Apply Existing Designs to Merchandise Dielines + Proof Review
Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented graphic or production designer to support a merchandise rollout through an established production partner.
This is not concept creation — the creative is already developed. We need someone who can take approved working design files and accurately apply them to existing dielines across a range of merchandise items (apparel, accessories, packaging, etc.), ensuring everything is properly set up for production.
Scope of Work:
Place finalized design assets onto existing dielines provided by the production house
Ensure proper bleed, safe zones, color profiles, and print specifications
Prepare production-ready files according to vendor requirements
Review digital proofs from the production partner and flag any issues
Make minor adjustments as needed before final approval
Ensure all output meets a high aesthetic and quality standard
Ideal Candidate:
Strong experience with production design and print-ready file prep
Comfortable working with dielines and vendor templates
Deep understanding of color management (CMYK, spot colors, etc.)
Extremely detail-oriented
Fast, responsive, and able to turn revisions quickly
Experience with apparel and merchandise production is a plus
Tools:
Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required (InDesign helpful but not mandatory).
Engagement:
Project-based with potential for ongoing work. We’re working on tight timelines, so availability over the next few weeks is important.
If interested, please share examples of production/dieline work you’ve done (not just brand design — specifically print-ready or merch production work).
