This includes ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial data, from daily NAV calculations to complex performance reporting. You will be responsible for managing the month-end and year-end close processes, reconciling fund assets and liabilities, and preparing financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., US GAAP, IFRS). Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the unique complexities of alternative investments, including illiquid assets, derivatives, and private equity structures. • A significant aspect of your role will involve the calculation and verification of Net Asset Value (NAV) for various fund structures. This requires a deep understanding of valuation methodologies, capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations. You will work closely with internal teams, including portfolio management, operations, and compliance, as well as external auditors and custodians, to ensure seamless financial operations and accurate reporting.
