Key Responsibilities
• Lead sourcing strategy across GTM and business operations functions, building high-quality talent pipelines
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and conduct talent mapping
• Engage passive talent through personalized outreach and maintain structured pipeline data
Required Qualifications
• 5-7+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting for GTM and business operations functions
• Demonstrated ability to build and convert high-quality pipelines for non-technical roles
• Proven track record of engaging passive talent through personalized outreach
• Experience partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers as a strategic thought partner
• Prior full-cycle recruiting experience with the ability to independently own roles when needed
