We are seeking an experienced and highly specialized Asset Protection & Estate Planning or Trust Attorney to assist a family with consulting on the creation and implementation of an Irrevocable Non-Grantor Trust for asset protection purposes. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance to establish a robust legal firewall against potential claims and ensure meticulous compliance with all relevant state and federal laws. This role requires a deep understanding of complex asset protection strategies and the nuances of trust administration. Client location is in California.
