Technical Sales Representative- Hybrid and Remote Opportunities

Holley, a leader in automotive aftermarket products, has an immediate opening for a Technical Sales Representative in office at our Bowling Green, KY Headquarters. This position is responsible for providing world class customer service and technical support to Holley customers across all Holley brands which include Holley, Holley EFI, Hooker, NOS, Earl’s, Quick Fuel, Flowtech, Mr. Gasket, Hays, Quick Time, Lakewood, Demon, Flowmaster, B&M, Hurst and Weiand brands. The selected candidate will spend most of his/her time selling our products, answering product questions as well as resolving technical issues. Prior experience working with cars/trucks as well as any sales or customer service skills is preferred. Annual base salary $36,088 plus commission earnings. Salary plus average commission earnings could lead upwards of $40,000 or more. We will offer hybrid and remote schedules for this position. If you live within an hour of our headquarters, you will be required to work a hybrid schedule. If you are over an hour away from our headquarters, your position will be fully remote. Please note that you may be asked to come to Bowling Green, Ky for training within your first year of employment. Opportunity to earn $1000 sign on bonus. Key Job Elements: • Provide world class customer service • Answer customer product questions and technical questions • Assist customers through the sale process • Document and report technical or quality issues to product teams • Provide suggestions for new products Position Requirements: • Be an automotive enthusiast with some technical experience. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • An ASE certificate or vocational certificate or 2-year degree in an automotive field (a plus) • Computer skills required include word processing and spreadsheet knowledge. • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required. • Some travel required (approx. 4 weekends per year) to attend automotive events/races.
