Loan Processor / Broker Support

We're a growing mortgage broking team helping clients achieve their property goals. We're now seeking an experienced Loan Processor who thrives on problem-solving and has an eye for detail to join our team. Systems used: Mercury CRM (Connective), ApplyOnline, Quickli, Excel What you'll be doing: - Manage and organize loan documentation with precision - Process loan applications end-to-end through CRM and ApplyOnline - Research lender policies and prepare servicing calculation on Quickli and Excel - Prepare responses to lender requests for missing information - Coordinate with clients and banks for lodgements and approvals - Support the broker to ensure applications progress smoothly and efficiently What you'll bring: - 2+ years proven experience as a loan processor or as a credit analyst - Familiarity with CRM systems and loan lodgement platforms - Experience in researching lender policies, and serviceability calculations - Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills - Ability to work proactively and manage multiple applications simultaneously - A solutions-focused mindset – you actively look for ways to overcome obstacles - Natural curiosity and initiative – you take action without needing to be told You'll excel in this role if you: - Have experience managing deals from pre-submission to settlement - Have the willingness to learn and take initiative - Enjoy finding creative solutions to keep deals moving - Take ownership of your work from start to finish What we offer: Fully remote role - open to candidates offshore Clear career progression pathways into credit analyst or para broker roles Collaborative and supportive team culture Experience-based remuneration and performance linked bonus when we achieve our goals together Ready to apply?
