Salesforce Admin’s W-2 ONLY

We are searching for a Salesforce Administrator residing in Texas (within 1 hour of Austin, preferred) for a hybrid project working on our W-2 with our Austin, Texas client, contributing to their Salesforce vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies for enabling technologies. You will work as part of a team with responsibilities including: • Troubleshoot key product team implementation issues and demonstrate ability to drive to successful resolution. • Review releases and roadmaps from Salesforce and evaluate the impacts to client’s current applications, orgs, and solutions. • Identification and proactive management of risk areas and commitment to seeing an issue through to complete resolution. • Lead the evaluation of business and technical requirements from a senior level • Drive several applications teams through applying the best technical practices • Advise on the Implementation of client's Org recommendations and Texas Unified Licensure Information Portal (TULIP) modernization plan • Partner with business stakeholders and executives to design a vision and architecture for a solution to multiple business problems Preferred Skills • Demonstrabled knowledge of the capabilities and features of Service Cloud. • One or more Salesforce Certifications like: • Salesforce Admin • Advanced Admin • Platform Builder • Technical Architect. • Proven experience and ability to develop custom configured Salesforce LPI, Visualforce and Lightning applications on the platform • Salesforce Org management Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
