Loan Portfolio Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of transmission projects funded through DOE EDF loans. You will manage timelines, track progress, ensure compliance, and help the team successfully submit federal loan applications. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to make sure projects meet DOE requirements, stay on schedule, and have all the correct documentation. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and track transmission project activities and timelines. • Ensure projects comply with DOE loan requirements. • Gather and organize necessary documentation for submissions. • Communicate with internal teams, external partners, and DOE representatives. • Identify risks, propose solutions, and keep projects on track. • Support Grant Submittal, Grant Compliance, and EDF Contract Managers with project tasks. • Prepare project status reports for leadership. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s a plus). PMP certification preferred. • Experience: 3+ years of project management, preferably in electric utilities, federal grants, or loan compliance. Skills • Knowledge of electric utility transmission • Familiar with federal loan and compliance processes • Strong organization and communication • Detail-oriented and analytical • Proficiency with project management tools Additional Info • Occasional travel may be required. • Close collaboration with multiple teams and external stakeholders.
