Responsibilities • Provide estate planning, business formation, asset protection, and Medicaid/special needs planning services. • Review pre-collected intake information and supporting documents to prepare for each consultation. • Conduct thorough client meetings and deliver personalized, practical legal advice and solutions. • Collaborate with a dedicated support team for a streamlined, turnkey experience. Requirements • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in good standing in your state. • At least 3 years of experience in estate planning or closely related practice areas. • Demonstrated experience in Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning. • Able to independently onboard and manage clients within a structured system. Nice-to-haves • Multi-state licensure or reciprocity strongly preferred.
