Strategic Finance Manager

This hire will be responsible for complex FP&A/Financial Analysis for a heavily acquisitive organization -- scope of this role includes M&A, process and system implementation, strategic decision support, and defining key business drivers/levers to continue to push forward growth.
Ideal candidates have 5-8 years of FP&A experinece, ideally in PE-backed or high-growth environments. Strong modeling, business partnering, and team management are strongly preferred.
This role is hybrid, 2-3x per week on site in Downtown Chicago.
