You will be instrumental in driving our CRM strategy, with end-to-end ownership of our Dynamics 365 CE environment and marketing technology stack. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with exceptional communication skills, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organization. This is a high-impact position requiring someone who can translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes while serving as the Subject Matter Expert for our core platforms. This role will have the opportunity to shape CRM strategy in a pivotal, high-visibility position, work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional exposure and receive support for professional development and certifications. Key Responsibilities CRM Solution Design & Development: • Design, configure, and customize D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) to align with organizational objectives and evolving business needs • Develop and implement Power Automate flows, plugins, and custom integrations between D365 CE and other enterprise systems • Provide technical leadership for solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to best practices Marketing Technology Ownership: • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for marketing automation platforms, specifically Dotdigital and similar tools • Design and optimize customer journey workflows, campaign automation, and data synchronization between CRM and marketing platforms • Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize platform capabilities and drive engagement strategies Stakeholder Engagement & Support: • Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries, translating business requirements into technical solutions • Conduct system testing, user training sessions, and comprehensive post-implementation support • Prepare clear documentation, present solution recommendations to leadership, and facilitate cross-functional workshops • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime Basic Requirements Experience / Training / Education: • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE implementation, customization, and support • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL for developing customizations and extensions • Strong working knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics SDK, and REST APIs • Experience integrating CRM systems with third-party applications and data sources • Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms such as dotdigital, HubSpot, or similar tools • Understanding of email marketing, campaign management, and customer data platform concepts • Background in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform • Experience with Azure services and cloud architecture Compensation The current range for this remote role based in the United States (not limited to Aliso Viejo, CA or Jersey City, NJ) is $108,321/yr. to $146,993/yr. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
