Job Description Primary Skill Required for the Role: • Rules Engine (Level Required for Primary Skill: Advanced (6-9 years' experience)) Additional Skills Requested for Role: • Python AI (Preferred) • Backend Developer (Required) • Node.JS (Required) • Java - Drools (Required) • Business Rules Discovery and Mining Engineer (Required) Senior Decision Systems Engineer to design and implement rules-based and eligibility decision logic for the Decision Engine, ensuring decisions are deterministic, explainable, and compliant. This role focuses on building and maintaining decision logic using rules engines or decision tables (e.g., Drools or equivalent), integrating rules with backend decision services built in Node.js and/or Python, and combining deterministic rules with ML-driven signals to produce final Next Best Action outcomes.
