Role Description SynergenX and Low T Centers is seeking a Full time Telemedicine Provider to treat patients remotely in the State of Missouri. • Must be licensed in Missouri with active DEA in Missouri • This is a fully remote position • Patients will be seen in Central Standard time zone • Seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver quality care specifically for HRT for men and women • Potential for professional growth for the right candidate Qualifications • Sound medical decision making abilities • Current experience delivering Telehealth • Ability to connect with patients via Telehealth and quality patient relationship skills • Active Missouri FNP or PA state license in good standing • NPI number **REQUIRED*** • No current or pending malpractice lawsuits • Current DEA License in Missouri • Availability of Monday - Friday 8-5pm central standard time Requirements • Due to Missouri state guidelines for DEA, if you do not have a DEA already in Missouri, we will not be able to consider your application Benefits • Polo's provided • IT Equipment is provided! • 2 weeks PTO • Health, dental and vision insurance • 401k with excellent match • CME PTO and reimbursement • Licensure renewal reimbursement including DEA • Malpractice covered • Employee discounts with a plus 1 Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
