People Analytics Program Manager (Remote Eligible)

We're looking for a People Analytics Program Manager to lead data analysis to understand, provide recommendations, and improve the employee experience at Smartsheet. You have a history of data analysis using employee data and presenting technical analyses to non-technical audiences. You will be an important part of our People & Culture team and will report to our People Operations & Strategy Director. You Will: • Partner across the People & Culture team to provide data and analyses that encourage better decision making and outcomes • Shape people metrics • Manage a variety of employee life-cycle touch points, including direct ownership of employee surveys (onboarding, exit, and engagement) • Work directly with data from data cleansing, analysis, and presentation to People Leaders and internal partners • Lead the design and preparation of both scheduled and ad hoc reporting through our HRIS (Workday) • Provide leadership to design reporting aligned to our needs • Be an expert advisor to leaders on employee data You Have: • Knowledge of HR, analytics, and overall SaaS business • Data and visualization skills, specifically related to working with employee datasets to glean trends and analysis • Experienced in delivering and presenting analyses and results to a varied audience • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, Python, SQL, SPSS, etc.) • Experience with Workday and Greenhouse • Bachelor's degree in statistics, social sciences, or related technical field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of customer-facing business analyst or consulting experience Perks & Benefits: • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees • Equity - Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) Equity with all offers • Lucrative Employee Stock Purchase Program (15% discount) • 401k Match to help you save for your future (50% of your contribution up to the first 6% of your eligible pay) • Monthly stipend to support your work and productivity • 15 days PTO to start, plus Flexible Sick Leave • Up to 24 weeks of Parental Leave • Personal paid Volunteer Day to support our community • Opportunities for professional growth and development including access to LinkedIn Learning online courses • Company Funded Perks, including a counseling membership, primary care membership, local retail discounts, and your own personal Smartsheet account Equal Opportunity Employer: Smartsheet is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering an inclusive environment with the best employees.
