The role of a Fulfillment Expert can provide you with the: </div><div><ul><li>Experience in a dynamic work environment where your daily work will change based on guest ordering patterns </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Skills to assess your daily business and utilize tools to determine how to meet digital demand </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Knowledge of reporting systems that show how digital guest traffic patterns are changing throughout the day and be adaptable to guest demand </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience in retail business fundamentals including: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement </li></ul></div><div>As a Fulfillment Expert, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities: </div><div><ul><li>Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Select items for order pickup, drive up and ship to home for digital guest orders. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Accurately put on hold all order pickup and drive-up orders. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Properly prepare, pack and sort guest orders for shipment using correct materials. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Deliver quality and accuracy with each order while meeting timeliness goals. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain your workspace and supplies; keep equipment and designated areas organized and supplies in stock. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Properly use equipment while following safety best practices. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Follow all safety guidelines, operating procedures, product freshness and quality standards; follow food safety guidelines when handling, displaying and/or storing food items. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>All other duties based on business needs </li></ul></div><div>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR </div><div>This may be the right job for you if: </div><div><ul><li>You enjoy interacting and helping others - including guests that shop our store and fellow team members you work with. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times). </li></ul></div><div>The good news is that we have some amazing training that will help teach you everything you need to know to be a Fulfillment Expert.
