Job Description:
• Serve as a senior thought leader who shapes strategy and leads cross-sector research
• Drive business development and funder relationships
• Ensure high-quality project execution and mentor staff
• Conduct research studies and support education research initiatives
Requirements:
• Ph.D. or masters degree in public policy, economics, social science, or social service discipline
• A minimum of 15 years of leadership/management experience
• Experience conducting applied research and evaluations
• Proven ability to manage large-scale research projects
• Established networks in the field (federal, state, local, foundation)
