HR Consultant/ Recursos Humanos US BPO Operations
Were seeking an experienced HR Consultant based in Peru who has a solid background in human resources for US-focused BPO or outsourcing organizations. This role will partner closely with our global HR team to align talent strategies, policies, and processes across the region while ensuring local compliance with Peruvian labor laws.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing all aspects of the HR lifecycle from recruitment to HR operations within a performance-driven, client-centric outsourcing environment.
• Partner with the Global HR team to implement and localize HR policies, procedures, and frameworks.
• Oversee HR compliance and labor relations to ensure adherence to Peruvian labor law.
• Support talent acquisition initiatives for US-based accounts, ensuring cultural and process alignment.
• Advise team leaders on organizational structure, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, contracts, and personnel files for local and remote teams.
• Lead compensation benchmarking and advise on contractor vs. employee engagement models.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve retention and efficiency across teams.
