BILINGUAL Customer Support Representative – REMOTE | $25/hr. | Full-Time | Comprehensive Benefits | Permanent Opportunity.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in High Call Volume setting and Technical/Troubleshooting Support.

8am - 430pm, Wed. - Sun.

We’re looking for a BILINGUAL Customer Support/Tech Support Representative to join a mission-driven medical technology company dedicated to improving patient outcomes—especially for those with undiagnosed sleep-related health issues.
In this role, you'll support healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams with top-tier customer service and technical assistance. You’ll play a critical role in helping people get access to life-changing diagnostic tools, all while working remotely from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Do
• Provide exceptional Customer Support/Technical Support for medical device products and services.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails to Troubleshoot, Research, and Resolve product issues.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.
• Educate customers on product usage and ensure satisfaction throughout their experience.
• Maintain productivity standards in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Support/Technical Support, preferably in Healthcare or Medical devices.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Comfortable working remotely with a dedicated home workstation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to explain complex issues to non-technical users.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task effectively.
• Bilingual in Spanish REQUIRED - Intermediate or Advanced level
