Key Responsibilities:

  • Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that every interaction is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers.
  • Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating your ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacist and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.
  • Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality in every interaction.
  • Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring that our customers have a clear understanding of our services and policies.
  • Provide our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.arenaflex.com, ensuring that they can easily access the information and resources they need.
  • Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty through every interaction.
  • Understand each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship, demonstrating your ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Promote customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to the company's Work From Home policy, ensuring that our customers' personal and sensitive information is protected at all times.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older), demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning and development.
  • 6 months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, showcasing your ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered, ensuring that you are able to work safely and effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional service and support to customers in a variety of contexts.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), showcasing your ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
