Job Overview

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide basic technical support via phone or chat, interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers to deliver a memorable and delightful experience. Please note that you may be placed in a class that is not chat-trained, depending on availability, and that none of our chat-trained roles are 100% chat, as they still have a phone support aspect. As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be working from home, with computer equipment provided, and enjoying a full-time schedule with the flexibility of a seasonal role and the opportunity to become permanent.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless), with a required internet speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
• A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
• A home office that is a noise/distraction-free environment, with a desk and an ergonomic chair
