Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will work closely with our experts to analyze breaches, develop quick response strategies, and strengthen our defenses. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to create quality technical solutions
• Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business procedures, and comply with departmental standards
• Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementing to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget
• Act as a resource to ensure effective communication among business and Technology Teams
• Participate in systems and acceptance testing
• Scope of work varies depending on the Team assignment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Basic knowledge of data security and risk mitigation principles, theories, and practices preferred
• Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm preferred
• Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) preferred
• Basic understanding of business analysis, process modeling, and optimization preferred
• Major understanding of project management methodologies, including the ability to plan, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical resources preferred
• Basic knowledge of technical environment required
• Exposure to Agile philosophies preferred
• Coursework or experience related to Cybersecurity preferred
• Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines
• Past investigator internship experience within the past year preferred
• Experience solving business problems in a capstone or case competition preferred
