Community & Operations Associate

Company Description Sufra is an expert-driven healthcare investment platform that brings clinicians and operators directly into investment decision-making and company execution. We invest in early-stage healthcare companies through deal-specific SPVs and provide structured post-investment support. Role Description We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to help build our expert network, manage platform operations, and establish our online presence. This role is perfect for someone interested in venture capital, healthcare, and building community-driven platforms. You'll Work On: -Expert Network (40%): Recruit and manage relationships with 50+ clinicians, healthcare operators, and domain experts who invest and advise through our platform - Operations (30%): Set up and manage deal infrastructure (SPVs, investor onboarding, portfolio tracking, LP communications) - Content & Community (30%): Build our online presence through LinkedIn/ Twitter content, website management, and thought leadership Qualifications • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail • Excellent written communication (will draft content for review) • Comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments • Interested in healthcare and venture capital • Proficient with modern tools (Airtable, Notion, Slack, LinkedIn) What You'll Get: - Front-row seat to early-stage healthcare investing - Direct work with Managing Partner on deals and strategy - Build relationships with healthcare experts and founders To Apply: Send to ahmad@sufra.health: 1.
