Fractional CTO | Hands-on | Early-stage MVP - Contract to Hire
We are looking for a Fractional CTO to join an early-stage vertical SaaS marketplace at the MVP phase.
This is a hands-on role. You will be building, fixing, and making key technical decisions, not just advising. The role can grow over time as the company scales.
Scope of work
- Own and define the technical roadmap
- Make clear technical decisions and explain tradeoffs to the team
- Improve and stabilize the MVP
- Handle bug fixes and performance issues
- Set up proper test and staging environments
- Improve onboarding flows and payment flows
- Integrate AI features where it makes sense
Tech stack
- Full stack experience required
- Flutter
- Next.js
- Supabase
- Stripe, payments, and basic tax compliance
What we are looking for
- Strong ownership mindset
- Very hands-on, you like writing code
- Comfortable working in early-stage ambiguity
- Able to think long-term while executing fast
- Clear communicator who can walk non-technical teammates through decisions
- Interest in the equestrian industry, or openness to learning it
