Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Application Lead / Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mobile architecture, hands-on development experience, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams in delivering enterprise-grade mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architecture, design, and development of mobile applications (iOS, Android, or Cross-platform).
Define mobile architecture standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and UX/UI teams.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mobile development teams.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
Drive CI/CD implementation for mobile applications.
Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards.
Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and cloud services.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay updated with latest mobile trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Mobile Architecture.
Strong experience in:
iOS (Swift / Objective-C)
Android (Kotlin / Java)
OR Cross-platform (React Native / Flutter / Xamarin)
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture).
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices integration.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform).
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
Expertise in mobile security best practices.
Experience leading distributed teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with enterprise-scale mobile applications.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with App Store / Play Store deployment processes.
Experience with performance monitoring tools.
Prior experience in Healthcare / Banking / Retail domains (if applicable).
