Job Description We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Website Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to join our dynamic remote team. This pivotal role is perfect for a strategic thinker who is passionate about dissecting user behavior, identifying friction points, and implementing data-backed solutions to maximize website conversion rates for our clients. As a CRO Manager, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other optimization initiatives across various digital assets. You will leverage a sophisticated understanding of web analytics, user experience (UX) principles, and behavioral psychology to uncover opportunities for improvement in user journeys, landing pages, and conversion funnels. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from Baguio, Benguet, allowing you to contribute your expertise from a vibrant community while collaborating with a high-performing team spread across the Philippines. You will be responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights, presenting compelling recommendations to internal teams and clients, and ultimately driving significant increases in key performance indicators (KPIs) such such as leads, sales, and user engagement. Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive CRO strategies for various client websites based on data analysis and business objectives. • Conduct thorough website audits, heuristic analyses, and competitive research to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities. • Design, set up, and execute A/B, A/B/n, and multivariate tests using industry-leading CRO tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO). • Analyze website performance data from Google Analytics (GA4), heat maps, session recordings (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg), and user surveys to derive actionable insights. • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, content creators, developers, and marketing teams to implement recommended changes and test variations. • Monitor key conversion metrics, analyze test results, and generate detailed reports on findings, providing clear explanations and strategic recommendations. • Stay abreast of the latest CRO trends, tools, and best practices, continuously seeking new ways to improve conversion performance. • Communicate complex data and insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Manage multiple CRO projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals. Required Skills • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or a similar analytical role. • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful A/B and multivariate tests. • Expert proficiency in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). • Strong experience with CRO testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO) and heat mapping/session recording software (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg). • Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles, user journey mapping, and information architecture. • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting. • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a remote work environment. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or recognized CRO platforms. • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for implementing test variations. • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and their unique CRO challenges. • Experience in an agency environment, managing multiple client accounts. • Knowledge of qualitative research methods such as user interviews and usability testing.
