Content Operator
## a Snapshot Of Your Responsibilities
Update Monday.com Board - Keep track of upcoming digital exclusive programming and update the board accordingly
Submit Keyart Requests - Coordinate with the design team to create keyart for various programs
Studio Show iVODs - Assist in managing and uploading video on demand content for studio shows
Transcribe Notes - Take detailed notes during team meetings and share them internally for better communication
Entertainment Operations - Support various tasks related to entertainment operations, including ingest, QC, and publishing
Update Fox.com Banners / Entertainment Loops - Ensure that banners and entertainment video loops on Fox.com are current and accurately assigned
Facilitate QA Tests - Coordinate with product testers to conduct quality assurance tests as needed
Update Program Metadata / Keyart for FTS Local Programming - Collaborate with the design team to update keyart / program metadata for Fox Television Station (FTS) local programming. Update local news programming in support of fox.com/FTS Local App

Strong technical literacy, typing, and critical thinking skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment (learning agility)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience in content operations, broadcast operations, asset fulfillment, post-production, digital supply chain, and digital media
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical certifications
Must be able to provide flexible work availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Experience with content management systems, content policies, and editorial workflows
Ability to communicate well in both small and large groups
Passion for TV (Sports, News, Entertainment)
