**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Advisor - Digital Intake, you'll be responsible for:
* Ensuring that customer service delivered meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
* Clarifying customer requirements, using decision-support tools and resources to provide resolution
* Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while building rapport
* Greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures
* Maintaining basic knowledge of client products and/or services
* Preparing complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required
* Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
* Offering additional products and/or services
* Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in call tracking databases
* Responding to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred
* A courteous and strong customer service orientation
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Dependability with a strong attention to detail
* The ability to multitask, including flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Tolerance for repetitive work in a high-production work environment
* Ability to work as a team member and independently
* Patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
* Ability to rotate shifts, as needed
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Additional experience or skills may be required based on location and/or program
* Familiarity with client terminology, operating standards, and procedures
