Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Live Chat Support Representative to join our customer support team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in customer service. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via email and chat, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with issues related to our services, products, and account management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, guiding them through our offerings.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and customer experience.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • A basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including email and chat platforms.
  • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Available Shifts and Compensation:
