We are a dynamic and innovative company that is always looking for talented individuals who share our passion for excellence and customer satisfaction. **Job Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Workday Data Migrations, you will be responsible for: * Applying your knowledge of analysis, business processes, tools, spaces, project systems, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems * Collaborating with other Data Analysts to provide counsel or solutions within their subject matter * Staying informed about current developments within your area of expertise * Identifying strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems * Estimating effort and value for solutions * Applying business solutions with a wide level of knowledge about technology stages/structures * Confirming data and carefully reviewing and checking the accuracy of your own work using reliance ID processes in technology work * Establishing or following prioritization processes to drive work, completing work with a focus on moving forward * Expressing thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and succinctly in writing using appropriate levels of outline and integration * Screening program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and escalation * Performing other work duties as directed by your Manager's Chiefs **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field * Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade * Strong knowledge of technical conditions * Strong knowledge of software development methodologies * Gifted in collaborating, communication, and discussion in working with different teams and external partners * Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the issue or root cause, and translating the analysis into reasonable solution proposals * Ability to work effectively in areas of strength for a help/group-oriented climate * Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and diverse work streams/tasks * Ability to take on multiple tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining an effective level of fulfillment in all responsible work; able to coach others to do likewise * Ability to educate and tutor others about technical and business subjects **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working with Workday data migrations * Experience working with data analysis tools and technologies * Experience working in a help/group-oriented climate * Experience working with technical conditions and software development methodologies * Experience collaborating with different teams and external partners * Experience analyzing and solving complex business or technical issues * Experience developing and implementing business solutions * Experience working with data visualization tools and technologies **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is a dynamic and innovative company that is committed to providing its employees with a unique and rewarding work experience.
